Full of people at different abilities with positive vibes
I was introduced by a friend to yoga by attending one of Chelsea's amazing yin classes. I was nervous to try yoga as I thought I had to be slim and fit and flexible (and am none of those) but Chels teaches in a gentle, inclusive way which promotes "your body, your practice" and a whole lot of love. There was no judgement, only a welcoming spirit and a room full of people at different abilities with positive vibes. That was over a year ago. I attended her first class last night for 2020 and felt like I'd come home. The yin yang class is a perfect balance of strength, stretch, and restorative practices. The new space is incredible! The fresh look interiors are clean, fresh and uncluttered yet so carefully and thoughtfully put together. Every detail has been considered by the new owner. I bought a concession card to set an intention for regular "me time" and respite from a busy home with four bustling boys and already look forward to joining Chels on the mat next week.
